Own Personal Trainer

I am my own personal trainer. Since I got back from a four month long vacation in my native country, the Philippines where I gained a few pounds, I have been working hard on getting back down to my usual weight. I was at my highest, 110 lbs then and now I am back down under 95. I want to keep that weight because that is when I feel best. I lost weight and built muscle in my stomach area with my diet and exercise routine. I came up with my own health-diet program that was suited for my own needs and also set my own exercise routine.

I am combining running, yoga and zumba depending on whichever I am in the mood for. As soon as my hubby and I got back in late March, I put myself on a diet. I was doing well but when my step son passed away last May, I got off the wagon for almost a whole month. Then I picked myself up early in June and since then I have never looked back. With my own personal diet and exercise regime, I don’t have to starve myself. I eat whatever I want but always in moderation. I only exercise for about 10-15 minutes while watching TV and spending time with my hubby at the same time. I will continue to be my own personal trainer because I like how the fruit of my labors have turned out thus far. It also makes me feel good.
