FitTea – an All-Natural Detox Tea

photo DSC_0024_zps816214a7.jpgThe summer season here in northern Minnesota is still a long way off.  The spring season has just begun and even though it is already spring, we still occasionally get sub zero temperatures and snow here up north.  Normally, this time of the year is when I start preparing to get back in shape.  Fortunately, I don’t have to do much this year as I did not put on weight over the winter.  I still weigh the same as I did at the end of last summer.  I am happy with myself for sticking with the right diet and eating healthy foods this winter.

I have heard a lot about using a detox regimen to help get in shape for the swimsuit season.  I have never tried detox before until I received these FitTea products.  I started my FitTea detox last Friday.  The reason I started the detox was not to lose weight but to help boost my immune system.  I am hoping that if I take an immune system booster, it will help me fight off my pollen allergy this season.  I had terrible allergies at this time last year and I am hoping to try to avoid the misery this year.  That was the first time that I have ever had bad allergies and I am trying to figure out why it came on me so suddenly.

FitTea contains Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn and Honey Powder.  FitTea does not only contain a blend of all natural ingredients but also promotes fat burning & weight loss, soothes and cleans your digestive system.  The makers of FitTea promises that if you “Give us a few weeks and we’ll give you a new waistline”.  If you want to give it a try, you can buy FitTea online and see what other people think about FitTea and their results.  The pro pack will naturally double your results and your energy.  If you prefer a decaf, Decaf FitTea is also available.   Natural teas like FitTea have been used for many years for weight loss and for boosting energy.  It is the kind of tea that I am comfortable drinking because I don’t have to worry about putting added chemicals into my body.

FitTea is best drunk in the morning or before you start your workout sessions.  I normally drink mine before I start working out.  I brewed a big batch of tea good for a week worth of consumption.  The tea has a soothing aroma but it has a little bit of a bitter taste.  I added a little  honey in every cup of my FitTea and that makes it much better.
