Ground Pork with Veggies

This is my own version of Pork Giniling as widely known in my native country, the Philippines.  Ground pork is the primary ingredient in this recipe.  Then I added a variety of vegetables that both my hubby and I like.  I like this dish because it is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground pork
1 lb of oriental vegetables (Walmart)
1 medium sized onion, minced
1 piece of pork cube
1 tablespoon granola oil
1 cup water
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Cooking Procedure:

1. Heat the pan and pour-in the granola oil
2. When the hot is hot, saute the garlic until it becomes brownish
3. Saute the onions until the texture becomes soft
4. Add the pork and water. Simmer for 20 minutes
5. Put the veggies altogether then simmer for another few minutes
6. Add salt, ground black pepper to taste
7. Serve hot
